Terms and conditions for using our services

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Rhema Support Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Rhema Support Services provides professional staffing solutions including manned guarding, front of house services, events security, and retail security. We connect businesses with qualified, vetted, and SIA-licensed personnel.

3. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when requesting quotes or services
  • Treat our staff with respect and provide a safe working environment
  • Pay for services in accordance with agreed payment terms
  • Notify us promptly of any issues or concerns regarding our staff
  • Not directly employ our staff without our prior written consent

4. Staff Provision

We make every effort to provide suitable, qualified staff for your requirements. All our security personnel hold valid SIA licences and have undergone thorough vetting. However, we reserve the right to substitute staff if necessary, providing equally qualified replacements.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

  • Invoices are issued weekly or as agreed in your service contract
  • Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
  • Late payments may incur interest charges
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled shift. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges for the full shift. For events and large-scale bookings, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required.

7. Liability

Rhema Support Services maintains comprehensive public liability and employers' liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from our services.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation continues after the termination of services.

9. Non-Solicitation

Clients agree not to directly employ or engage any of our staff during the term of service and for a period of 6 months thereafter without prior written consent. A transfer fee may apply for permanent placements.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
